Carl started out as an apprentice stonemason and served a full apprenticeship locally in Jersey and went on further to develop construction management skills working for some of Jerseys largest main contractors with over twenty five years of local construction knowledge Carl heads up the project management side of the company ensuring that the projects are finished both on time and to the highest standards.
Tommy started out as an apprentice carpenter and served a full apprenticeship locally in Jersey and has worked on various projects going through various stages of projects and carrying out all the carpentry and joinery elements. Tommy’s forte is in finishes and has a very keen eye for high standards and quality finishes. Tommy is a keen artist and can create individual bespoke elements on projects make unique features that can complete projects in a different way to just the normal standards. Tommy combines this keen interest in the work environment by ensuring that the highest standards and quality is achieved especially during the finishing stages of projects for Beau.
Anthony started out in engineering and site management working on a variety of larger scale projects on the Island. He moved into the commercial side of construction after experience several projects at different stages finding his vocation to be the financial side of the construction business he has excelled achieving academic success during that period. Anthony has Bsc Honours degree and has previously owned his own freelance Quantity Surveying practice. Anthony deals with the financial side of the business including estimating and surveying looking for the best solutions for both Beau and for customers alike. He strives in saving customers money through value engineering and finding best possible purchasing positions enabling savings to return to customers. Anthony has worked on project using both BREEAM and Considerate Constructors Scheme.
